BHA Dynamics

Wednesday, 5 March
Room 1
Technical Session
This section will focus on the study and the modelling of drilling dynamics and the implementation of different mitigation efforts. From the implementation of distributed WOB-RPM controls, as well as a near-bit high-frequency-torsional-oscillations damper, to the incorporation of real-time measurements within a mud motor and a novel traction collar, all with aim of a more efficient drilling process.
