• For Credit Card payment, you will be redirected to the payment page to complete the transaction.
• A confirmation email with receipt will be sent once the payment has been processed.
• Badges will be printed onsite.
• Lanyards can be picked up at the registration counters onsite.

• All payments and tax invoices will be issued in NOK only and subject to 25% Value Added Tax (VAT). 
• The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, and Diners Club.
• NOTE: Wire transfer is not a payment option on the registration site.
• All payments must be paid in full during the online registration process.
• If you wish to receive a tax invoice to process payment via wire transfer, please send a request to the registration team via email at registrationdubai@spe.org. Additional instructions will be given.

• Fees are made free and clear of, and without any deduction or withholding for and on account of, any taxes, duties, or other deductions. Any such deduction or withholding, if required by the laws of any country is the sole responsibility of the Participant.
• Full Conference Delegate registration include the Opening Session, all Plenary, Panel and Technical sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks, daily luncheon for (3) three days, networking reception (4 March), D&I session and reception (5 March) and one digital conference proceedings access code.
• Student registration include the Opening Session, all Plenary, Panel and Technical sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks for (3) three days, networking reception (4 March), D&I session and reception (5 March).
• Fee DOES NOT include accommodation. SPE will provide details of recommended hotels upon receipt of your registration.
• Registration of participants will only be confirmed upon registration and receipt of full payment or an acceptable employer’s letter of acknowledgment.
• All outstanding payments must be received on or prior to the date of the event for participants to be allowed to attend. SPE reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event.
• Full fee is charged regardless of the length of time the Participant attends the event and cannot be pro-rated.

• A processing fee of NOK 1,680.00 will be charged for cancellation received before Tuesday, 18 February 2025.
• No refund for cancellation received after Tuesday, 18 February 2025.
• Participants who failed to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation must be notified in writing to SPE. Email your cancellation request to registrationdubai@spe.org.

Complimentary press registration is available only to members of the working press (e.g., reporter, freelance writer, editor, publisher, etc.).

Other media organization roles, such as marketing representative, advertising sales, president, etc., must purchase their registration as attendees.

Attendance at or participation in SPE events and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SPE’s use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in promoting future SPE event in any way SPE deems appropriate.

• SPE reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s), and venue or to cancel the event should circumstance beyond its control arises.
