As the definition of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) grows each year, the involvement and enthusiasm grows for the D&I Session at the SPE/IADC International Drilling Conference & Exhibition. The truly interactive session will kick off with an opening reception and three keynote presentations sharing engaging personal stories.  The last half of the session will have company-driven "speed dating" style mini presentations.  Attendees can visit stations of their choice to learn valuable tips and resources to implement within their own organization.
